According to 2014 Transparency International South Sudan was the 5th most corrupt country in the World. According to the 2012 report, 4 billion dollars had stolen from government funds. In a state of Civil War since 1991 Somalia is one of the most unstable states in the World. Somalia is largely dependent on Agriculture. Corruption was the biggest problem during the coalition government. In 2012 World bank reported that Somalia received funds of  130 million dollars during coalition government tenure that are unaccounted.  Somalia's GDP is just 6 billion.
